What we do. We provide coaching, training programs, digital courses and downloads, and AI/automation services (including CRM and funnel implementations). This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.

Information we collect.

You provide: name, email, phone, business details, billing information (processed by our payment providers), messages, form submissions, survey responses, and booking details.

Automatically: IP address, device/browser details, pages viewed, timestamps, referral/UTM data, approximate location, and cookie/pixel identifiers.

From partners: payment processors (e.g., Stripe), CRM/automation platforms (e.g., Go High Level), email/SMS providers, analytics and ad platforms.

How we use information.
To deliver and support services; process payments; schedule calls; operate and secure websites and funnels; personalize content; run analytics and advertising; communicate about services and promotions where permitted; and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing.
We share information with service providers that help us operate (hosting, CRM/automation, payments, email/SMS, analytics/ads, scheduling). We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws define “sharing” for targeted advertising; you may request to opt out (see Your privacy rights).

Cookies and tracking.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. Manage cookies in your browser and, if available, via our site’s cookie banner. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where reasonably detectable.

Email and SMS.
By submitting your email, you may receive updates and marketing; unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails. By providing a mobile number and opting in (e.g., forms, checkout, keywords), you agree to receive automated texts from Highest Level Coaching at the number provided. Retention.
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Typical retention for transaction records is 7 years.

Security.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your privacy rights.
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing. To exercise rights or appeal a decision, email [email protected] with subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity and will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.

International users.
If you access our services from outside the United States, you consent to processing in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws.

Licensing notice.
We are an independent licensee authorized to sell and deliver Grant Cardone training programs. Third-party marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
